ContentSpin Terms of Service

By accessing or using ContentSpin (contentspin.ai and related services) (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you act on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (for example, 13 or older) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Service enables you to convert long-form content or URLs into multi-post threads (such as for Twitter/X) using AI models (including kimi-k2-turbo-preview). We may provide free usage quotas and optional paid plans, and reserve the right to change models, features, and quotas over time.

Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us and our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) to charge your payment method until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused credits are generally non-refundable and do not roll over unless we state otherwise in plan details.

You retain all rights in the content you submit ("Inputs") and the AI-generated content you receive ("Outputs"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, transmit, and display your content as needed to deliver and improve the Service. Outputs may contain inaccuracies or biases; you should review them before use or publication.

You may not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, pornographic, or abusive content. You may not circumvent quotas, reverse engineer, interfere with system operations, or otherwise abuse the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

We strive to keep the Service reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows, provider outages, abuse mitigation, or other factors may cause temporary interruptions. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the Service at any time.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but sections relating to content license, payment obligations, or disclaimers survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ContentSpin is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or in-product messaging. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
